**Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager at React Group**

React Group, specializes in events Design, Organizing, Management and production, including services such as renting audiovisual (AV) and lighting, and providing top-tier production and fabrication services. We're on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth and success in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Proactively acquire new clients through effective prospecting and relationship-building efforts.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our services and solutions to potential clients.
- Nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate databases and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of 4 to 6 years in sales and business development within the Events industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within the specified range.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships built on trust and mutual benefit.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and creative thinking to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
