A well established Medical Centre in Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi is looking for a Manager who is well experienced in the Healthcare sector in Abu Dhabi with sufficient knowledge and experience in the DOH and other Government regulations, day to day operations and staff management

Job involves:
1. Continuous day to day monitoring of patient flow, revenue, staff Rota, customer care and communications with doctors and supportive staff, attending to grievances of customers and staff on a daily basis.

2. Dedicated approach in planning and implementing strategies to sustain and improve business.

3. Monitoring all Customer service, patient flow, and smooth operations to make sure top notch service is delivered to our patients.

4. Regularly conducting meetings with reception staff, nursing staff and supporting staff listening to their suggestions and implementing ways to improve the customer care and business revenue.

5. Monitoring clinic policies, regulatory requirements and quality control meeting the standards required by the DOH and other regulatory bodies

6. Intervene and solves problems which may happen on day to day basis with excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making, upkeeping the morale and dignity of each staff.

7. Obtain adequate facts and evaluates data to identify and intervene in potential safety and risk management issues.

8. Coordinate with the admin and HR manager and delegate and monitor the admin work and report to the top management.

9. Coordinate with accounts department and insurance department and avail the data on insurance and cash remittance and pending payables and regularly monitor the growth and update the top management on a weekly basis ensuring that all reports and deliverables are submitted on due dates.

10. Regularly do clinic rounds in each outpatient and treatment rooms to make sure the quality and décor is maintained in accordance with the regulations

11. Evaluate the performance of staff and report any inadequacies.

12.Ensures compliance with the all audit requirements on a regular basis.

13. Coordinate with Marketing persons and regularly plan and implement promotions and campaigns.

14. Support clinical, operational and facility services throughout the entire clinic on a 24-hour basis if any emergencies come without a time bound attitude of regular office workers

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Clinic or hospital manager: 1 year (required)
- Business Developments: 1 year (preferred)
