Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.

Experience with multi-line phone systems. Assist with administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and filing.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Provide excellent customer service.

Schedule appointments, ticket booking, and maintain calendars. Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.

Assist with other administrative / HR tasks as needed.

OTHER REQUIRE MENTS
Associate’s degree or higher.

Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional attitude and appearance.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Excellent organizational skills.

Customer service attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.

Previous experience in a similar industry.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
