**Responsibilities**:

- Professionally greet and redirect incoming calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and manage the executive team's schedule.
- Manage both paper and electronic correspondence, ensuring proper distribution and filing.
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support the administrative team with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Previous experience as an office secretary or receptionist for a minimum of two years.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and difficult situations efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office programs.
