**About Yajny**:
Users can browse different stores from different industries on Yajny and get up to 34% cashback while shopping among 450 stores that have partnered up with Yajny.

After the stores confirm the transactions, Yajny allows users to withdraw their cashback through different channels such as bank transfers, digital wallets, telecommunication operators, or financial retail outlets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building, structuring, and developing a high-performance and data-oriented User Growth & Marketing team division through the recruitment of analytical and technically skilled individuals;
- Set objectives and key results of your team members on a regular basis, ensure objectives are met, and adjust if necessary.
- Define and implement the Growth strategy in Egypt, KSA & UAE markets, on all stages of the funnel, through high-impact marketing and growth techniques.
- Leading the efforts to improve organic growth and virality, leveraging paid media, and increasing visibility through online content.
- Overviewing and implementing different strategies and tactics to drive our users' growth and your main concerns are customer acquisition, activation, retention,, and upsells.
- Owning the development of a measurement and experimentation framework to enable a fast-moving, data-informed approach to iterations both inside and outside of the product
- Defining processes and ways of working to establish Growth as a core company capability.
- Building the brand and maintaining a solid and consistent brand identity and message across all user touchpoints
- Determining how the company positions its offerings in a quickly changing competitive environment.
- Oversee and create high-quality marketing materials related to our users to support sales.
- Drive the PR strategy and collaborate with HR to plan and execute all external communications.
- Report on your collective team’s OKRs in a timely manner, with stakeholders and the top management team.
- Build the team’s roadmap and be accountable for the delivery of your projects. Align your team and prioritize and focus on what matters.
- Deeply understand our users, and see what keeps them on the platform, what makes them more engaged, and what makes them churn.
- Identify new growth opportunities and channels (paid acquisition, offline acquisition, referral, loyalty programs ), and test it.
- Test, measure, and adjust our strategy through an iterative data-driven approach (leads management & cost per lead, cost per install, cost of acquisition, lifetime value, and product experiments...).
- Analyze your competitive landscape and find new ideas that will unlock growth.
- Build a vision and frameworks around mix-media modelling logic, including performance marketing initiatives, brand awareness, competitive intelligence, and promotional activity.
