- Develop investment strategies and recommendations to meet client objectives and maximize returns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, negotiation, and guidance on investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and evaluate real estate projects, ensuring viability and profitability.
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters career development opportunities and motivates high performance among team members
- Monitor and track investment performance, providing regular reports and updates to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the real estate, tech, insurance, and banking industry (min. 1.5 years).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate investment risks and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- The results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
