**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing excellent customer service to members across MENA region, Europe, US and Asia
- Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, preparation of travel programs, obtaining visas and administrative processing
- Active cross-selling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries, promotions and exclusive events
- Conducting research and putting together proposals
- Liaising with our trusted suppliers on behalf of Members
- Maintaining up-to-date records for our members
- Representing TEN, telling the story and promoting our concierge value
- Building rapport with members
- Demonstrate proactivity and converting requests to bookings

**Requirements**:
**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Excellent written & oral communication is a MUST. Fluency in other languages, particularly French is highly regarded, as a plus, but not mandatory. Please be prepared to take language test in any language you mention as a skill.

**Required background**:

- Having local knowledge of news & events, culture in the Middle East (primarily around Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Saudi Arabic) and other key markets across Asia is highly preferred; A plus of is a plus is having knowledge and experience in working in the travel sector - such as firsthand experience in Luxury Travel dealing with UHNW Individuals
- Concierge, customer service or call center experience will be preferred
- Posses at least one area of interest outside work (e.g. dining, travel)
- Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and beating targets
- An understanding of the luxury lifestyle and affluent customers.

**Shift Patterns**

"Either Monday - Friday / Sunday - Thursday; between the hours of 7:00am - 22:00pm local time / with at least one late shift per week local time.

You are employed to work 40 hours a week. You are expected to be available between 7:00am and 22:00pm local time, Monday to Sunday. Your Manager will notify you which working pattern within this time period you will be working at least seven days in advance. You are entitled to an unpaid meal break of one hour each day, to be taken at such times as agreed with your Manager."

**Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option**:

- Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement, with up to 75% Home Office possibility.
- A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
- Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be complete
