Job Overview & location of work : We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer for our office in Umm Al Quwain.
Key Responsibilities:
Labor Camp Management: Oversee the operations, maintenance, and housekeeping of labor camps.
Travel Desk Management: Coordinate air travel, hotel bookings, and transportation for staff and guests.
Fleet Management: Manage company vehicles, ensuring efficient use and maintenance.
Guest Hospitality: Handle all guest arrangements including accommodation, meals, and travel bookings.
Event Management: Organize and manage company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
Security Management: Ensure the security and safety of the office and labor camps.
Housekeeping Management: Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of both office and labor camp facilities.
Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Utilities Management: Oversee payment and management of utilities such as electricity, water, gas, telephone and sewerage bills.
Admin Cost Budgeting: Monitor and manage the administrative budget.
