Customer Sales Representative with Customer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Interaction: Provide comprehensive support to customers regarding car auctions, addressing inquiries and resolving complex issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Efficiently manage and update customer information within the CRM system, with a focus on data relevant to car auctions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Sales Support: Facilitate the auction process by assisting customers with vehicle information, guiding them through bidding procedures, and addressing any sales-related questions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze customer interactions and sales activities using CRM data, identifying trends and implementing improvements to enhance service quality.
- Relationship Management: Support and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat business with the company.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns related to car auctions in a timely and effective manner.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and digital marketing initiatives related to car auctions.
- Administrative Duties: Perform administrative functions such as coordinating customer-related activities, managing documentation, and supporting overall departmental operations within the car auction environment.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service or sales, with a preference for experience in the automobile industry or car auctions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is required. Proficiency in English is also needed. Kurdish or Iraqi background is preferred.
- CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM systems and the ability to manage and utilize customer data effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Sales Skills: Ability to effectively support the sales process and engage with customers to drive business growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software and CRM tools, with the capability to manage customer data and track performance metrics.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle various duties as needed.
- Location: Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to **Sharjah (Sajja)** before starting work.
