**Brilliant Group** is currently looking for a **Personal Assistant,** who is outstanding, well experienced and who has extraordinary organizational skills to support our CEO concerning his professional and personal management of his work life.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a personal assistant, administrative, or similar role.
- **Location**: Abu Dhabi.

**Personal Assistant Role and Responsibilities**:
1. Scheduling the calendar of the supervisor and family members in multiple calendars in different time zones.

2. Liaising with staff (nannies, cleaners, drivers) scheduling, payroll, and resolving visa issues.

3. Searching for and hiring personnel.

4. Travel arrangements (visas, passports, private invitations).

5. Searching, organizing, and analyzing information at the manager’s request and preparing presentations.

6. other personal errands for the manager and family.

7. Act as the main point of contact for the chairman: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

9. Plan and execute the chairman’s meetings and events (business and social).

10. Booking flights, accommodation, managing visas, and other travel-related requirements.

11. Flexible in traveling with Chairman.

12. Ensure essential tasks are completed, and C-suite meets deadlines.

13. Liaising with internal departments and managing communication to and from the chairman to company staff. Supporting others staff.

14. Implement and maintain procedures / administrative systems.

15. Manage databases and filing systems.

16. Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.

17. Manage and organize files, both electronic and hard copy.

18. Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.

19. Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for meetings.

20. Acting as the point of contact among the leadership team and other stakeholders in the company and outside.

21. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

22. Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.

23. Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

24. Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.

25. Format information for internal and external communication

**Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in high-demand environments.
- Extensive experience as EA/PA in Executive Leadership.
- Intense diary and complex calendar management skills.
- Highly organized, can build processes and structure for greater visibility and access to information.
- Confident personality can work proactively rather than be instructed and build relationships quickly.
