**Location**: Abu Dhabi

**Salary**: AED 7000 to 8000

**Experience**: Minimum 10 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in both Arabic and English.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings and other executive-level meetings.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
