Key Responsibilities:

- HRIS Management: Oversee the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Liaise with government authorities and immigration agencies to ensure compliance with visa regulations.
- Insurance Handling: Coordinate employee insurance programs, including health, life, and other benefits.
- Assist employees with insurance-related queries and claims processing.
- JAFZA Portal Handling: Maintain compliance with Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) regulations and processes.
- Handle documentation and communication through the JAFZA portal as required.
- Trakeesh Portal Handling: Manage interactions and transactions on the Trakeesh portal for regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely submissions and adherence to Trakeesh portal requirements.
- Air Ticket Booking: Arrange and coordinate air travel bookings for employees, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to travel policies.
- New Joiner Orientation Assistance: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and documentation completion.
- Documentations: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, personal information, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Trade License Renewal: Manage the renewal process for trade licenses and other business permits as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, JAFZA portal and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws, visa regulations, and administrative processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills may be advantageous.
- Preferably an immediate joiner

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
