HR - Payroll Executive

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and obtain monthly payroll for all employees in line with individual contractual entitlements for timely execution of payment process.
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA to process payroll for employees accurately and in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data into SAP S/4HANA.
- Handle payroll queries and issues promptly, providing solutions and support to employees and managers. Update new joiner details, turnover, transfer, and promotion details in payroll to ensure appropriate updates of employee movements in the payroll system
- Perform payroll reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Generate payroll reports using SAP S/4HANA for management review and decision-making purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and ensure data security measures are adhered to.
- Assist in payroll-related projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and system enhancements
- Responsible for handling the Full and Final settlement for exit employees.
- Create and maintain records and & filing system for payroll in a confidential manner
**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience with SAP/ERP platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stake holders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from payroll data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
