**Job Description**:
As an Institutional Sales at GBE Brokers, you will be a vital part of our Institutional Department, responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and other financial institutions. You will work closely with our institutional clients to understand their trading needs, provide market insights, and ensure they have access to our cutting-edge trading solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their trading objectives and strategies.

Act as a primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales and Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the institutional CFD trading space.

Work collaboratively with the Institutional Department to tailor solutions and services to meet client needs.

Product Knowledge and Education:
Stay updated on market developments, CFD products, and regulatory changes.

Provide training and education to institutional clients on our trading platforms and tools.

Risk Management:
Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure appropriate risk assessments and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to institutional clients, demonstrating the value of our services.

Analyze trading data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Strong understanding of CFD and financial markets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in industry-standard trading platforms and tools.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the CFD industry.
