**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Institutional Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the institutional segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration among institutional clients.
- Identify and cultivate new institutional clients through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing institutional clients to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development, trading desks, and research analysts, to customize solutions and services that meet the specific needs of institutional clients.
- Deliver comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our trading platform and services.
- Conduct regular market analysis and research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management to track performance against targets and identify growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications.
- Proven track record of success in institutional sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on CFD and Forex trading.
- Strong understanding of institutional sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Excellent knowledge of CFD and Forex trading products, market dynamics, and risk management strategies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
