We are currently hiring for a institutional sales - BDE for Thomsun Group.

The role of an institutional sales professional in the food industry involves building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients such as catering companies, companies, schools, hospitals, bakery and other large-scale food service providers. Here's a breakdown of the typical responsibilities:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify potential institutional clients and establish contact to introduce products and services offered by the company.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within institutional clients. This involves understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges.
- **Product Presentation and Demonstration**: Present and demonstrate food products and services to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- **Customized Solutions**: Work with clients to understand their specific requirements and develop customized solutions tailored to their needs. This may involve creating personalized menus, sourcing specialty ingredients, or providing value-added services.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with institutional clients to secure business while maximizing profitability for the company.
- **Order Management**: Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and meet client expectations.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and stay competitive.
- **Customer Service and Support**: Provide ongoing support to institutional clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing institutional clients to maximize revenue and deepen relationships.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management review. Use insights gained to refine sales strategies and tactics.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, food safety standards, and industry best practices in all sales activities.
- **Training and Education**: Provide training and education to institutional clients on product usage, handling, and storage best practices to optimize their experience and satisfaction.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
