Administrative Support
- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**:

- **Document Management**: Creating, editing, and maintaining documents and records, both physical and electronic.
- **Reception Duties**: handling mail and deliveries, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
- **Bookkeeping**: Managing invoices, processing payments, and tracking expenses. This may include handling petty cash.
- **Internal Communication**: Distributing internal memos, announcements, and updates to staff.
- **External Communication**: Handling correspondence with clients, vendors, and other external parties.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
