Attendance Management:
- Efficiently manage attendance records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain up-to-date information on employees' work hours and absences.
Permits and Approvals:
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from private and public authorities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Keep track of renewal dates and initiate the process in a timely manner.
Record Keeping:
- Organize and maintain important documents, files, and records.
- Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of information.
- Adhere to data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive and confidential data.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assist with data entry, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and other ad hoc tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in using office software such as **Microsoft Office Suite **(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of permits and approvals procedures will be an advantage.
**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)

- UAE: 2 years (preferred)
