Introduction:
Join SelfTech Logistic Services, a branch of a China logistics and shipping service company, as the China company is expanding their ambitious sales team in UAE for region markets, We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to elevate our market presence and contribute to our continued growth. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations departments to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Increase client base by identifying potential clients and cold calling as necessary.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure all client concerns are addressed with speed and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant field.
- Proven sales experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management concepts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of contracting principles.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

The income is small basic plus commission of Net Profit and Share for the branch (Not total bill).

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
