**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently operate and manage Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
- Coordinate and schedule technical works for the team, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive Monthly Maintenance Reports and implement Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess facility conditions and recommend necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and resolve technical issues effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of UAE work experience in a facilities management company.
- Engineering graduate preferred, with a strong understanding of technical principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
