**We are seeking a new HR MANAGER / DOH LICENSING OFFICER**
**YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THE CURRENT MOHRE/TAMM ONLINE SYSTEM and have excellent knowledge of the current UAE labor law.**
**You must be capable to hire registered nurses and other job position as per needed.**
You must be capable of efficiently supporting and leading your team to deliver the following:
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Responsible for DOH licensing system and renewal of licenses
- Assist in preparing HR documents, visa renewal, employment contracts and new hire processes for new staff recruitment both local and international hire.
- Manage all personnel records to include all internal databases. (e.g. sick leave, annual leave disciplinary records etc)
- Establish on-boarding/induction processes and protocols.
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist payroll department by ensuring accurate relevant employee information is provide on time.
- Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as required
**Requirements**:
- PROVEN work experience at a minimum HR supervisory level
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and delegate to your team
- Outstanding communication skills are a must to deliver this role
- Strong interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
