Currently we are hiring **Secondary Sales Manager** for our Dubai Office who can join on immediate basis and create a team of at least 5 - 10 agents for secondary market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage the secondary sales and leasing team to achieve sales targets and Objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase revenue. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize their potential and performance.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other
stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
to identify opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in secondary sales within the Dubai real estate market leading a team.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
- Strong leadership skills with previous experience managing a team in a brokerage setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations, market dynamics, and property trends.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own transportation preferred.
