**Job description**
- Design, plan and execute new sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals
- Indepth knowledge of real estate secondary market
- Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan
- Keeping up to date with the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai. Knowledge of Secondary sales process
- The Sales Manager will create a framework and routine for the Brokers to structure their daily and weekly activities
- Screen Contracts before they are sent to Clients for Signing
- Provide Training and Inductions to New Start Brokers
- Motivate and monitor own sales team to insure the best productivity and consistent sales
- **Requirement**:_
- Experience in the real estate industry for at least 3-5 years is a must
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Sales Manager with Dubai Real Estate
- Deep understanding of Secondary Market & knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process
- UAE driving license and a car is must

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Manager: 1 year (required)
