**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager (Secondary Market). The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the company's secondary market sales team, creating and implementing sales strategies, providing customer service, and coordinating with the company's real estate team. The role will also involve participating in meetings with clients and other real estate stakeholders to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Real Estate License and experience in real estate sales for more than 5 years
- Be able to hire, train and build your own sales team
- A huge plus would be if have minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
- Hands-on experience in managing with minimum 10 - 15 experienced real estate agents in secondary market
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain lasting relationships with clients
- Strong proficiency in real property sales and understanding of market trends
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Recognize high performance of Real Estate Brokers during their trial period and report to HR.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements
- and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Ability to effectively manage a sales team and coach team members to success
- Excellent written and verbal communication fluent spoken skills in English and/ or French, Russian, Dutch or German
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Real Estate
