Develop and manage loyalty programs to increase customer engagement, repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Analyze customer behavior and segmentation to design targeted retention campaigns that address churn risks and improve engagement.
- Run customized CRM campaigns for different customer segments, ensuring the right message arrives at the right time.
- Monitor key retention metrics such as churn rate, repurchase rates and customer lifetime value (CLTV) to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the acquisition team to ensure a smooth transition from new customer onboarding to long-term retention strategies.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize retention tactics, from messaging content to loyalty program elements.
- Collaborate with product and customer service teams to improve the customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty.

**Job Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in customer retention, CRM or lifecycle marketing roles.
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation and retention strategies.
- Experience in managing loyalty programs and fostering customer engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data through analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or Mixpanel to make informed decisions.
- Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
