Personal Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling and updating all appointments, meetings, and events for optimal time management.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation to ensure smooth and efficient travel plans.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and relevant documents, ensuring the CEO has all necessary materials for a productive session.
- Attend meetings alongside or on behalf of the CEO, take detailed notes, and track action items to ensure follow-through and completion.
- Compile and distribute meeting minutes and essential documents to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external parties on behalf of the CEO, managing inquiries, correspondence, and requests professionally.
- Develop and maintain a structured filing system (both digital and physical) for secure and accessible storage of confidential documents and records.
- Oversee a range of personal errands, such as managing shopping lists, running errands, and coordinating household tasks for the CEO’s convenience.
- Arrange household services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance), cultivating reliable relationships with service providers and ensuring high-quality service.
- Manage unexpected requests or last-minute changes to accommodate the CEO’s dynamic schedule.
- Conduct research and compile information on business and personal projects, creating summaries and reports to support informed decision-making.
- Support the CEO in various initiatives, special projects, or events, taking ownership of tasks as assigned.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
- Act as a trusted confidante and advisor, upholding the CEO’s privacy, trust, and reputation at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with remote working tools like Slack, Zoom, and project management software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, technical proficiency and organizational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
