**Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes. Ensure that the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
- **Information Management**: Maintain and organize files, records, and documents in both electronic and physical formats. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Project Management**: Assist the CEO in managing various projects, tracking progress, and following up on action items. Prioritize tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests.
- **Office Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting and invoice processing.
- **Strategic Support**: Provide research and analysis support to the CEO on business initiatives, market trends, and industry developments. Assist in preparing presentations and materials for strategic planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the CEO and company in a positive manner.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
