Business Development Manager/ict

Proven experience (5 years) in business development within the ICT sector, showcasing a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of ICT products and services, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to inform business strategies.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the ICT sector, including software solutions, hardware implementations, and IT services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop tailored ICT solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to strategically position our offerings and maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, effectively conveying the value of our ICT solutions
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Set and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance metrics.
**Salary**: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
