**Job Title**: Customer Support Manager
**Monthly Salary**: 16,000/- AED

**Job Overview**:
The Customer Support Manager will create a relationship with our customers, ensuring customers‘ calls are handled in a prompt and timely manner; and at the same time continuously protect the integrity of the Namshi brand through all customer interactions. Managing and driving the team, point of escalation and integrating confirmations and CS calls.
**Job Responsibility**:
- Partners with the management team to align customer service department policies, systems and SLA with the company's objectives and meet the internal KPI’s.
- Capacity planning to ensure customer service function is adequately staffed and trained to handle peak as well as deliver an efficient service to internal and external customers.
- Monitors programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Target based service delivery management i.e. ensuring all operational metrics are met. (Roster, Shrinkage, Maintaining SLAs, TAT etc.).
- Work cross-functionally with various supporting teams for resolving customer concerns (such as Quality Assurance, Training, Tech, Warehouse) to ensure teams are delivering exceptional customer experience and meeting service level requirements.
- Be the custodian of the NPS score not just for customer service but for Namshi.
- Measures Customer Service Representatives’ performance and does Coaching & Mentoring of team members to achieve desired performance level.
- Provides feedback to the organization regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Assists Customer Service Representatives, escalation/quality members in troubleshooting orders that require special handling.
- Responds to customer inquiries and problem solving in a professional and effective fashion
