**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Maintain a courteous and empathetic tone when interacting with customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, billing inquiries, and product/service complaints.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customers.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous.
- Technical knowledge (for technical support roles) related to the company's products or services.
