Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure the Company's marketing efforts are at the same level as industry leading firms

**Essential Requirements**:
× 6 years + experience Management experience in physical & digital Marketing

× Degree in Marketing or Business

× Extensive B2B Marketing experience & Corporate Marketing experience

× Proven Marketing experience working with a manufacturing product

× Metrics driven marketing mind with an eye for the finest detail & creativity

**What you will do**:

- Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy (offline and digital) that is focused on growth marketing
- Maintain Core Customer retention at 100% by implementing a Customer Engagement Program with regular value adding activities
- Develop a Community of Fans & Increase online participation via social media channels by 50% and increase newsletter responses
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain marketing reports and dashboards to communicate progress and results to senior management.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
