**Job Purpose - Mission**:
Ecocoast, the global leader in engineered solutions for sustainable coastal and marine development, is currently looking for a high performing and experienced Regional Business Developer to drive the company’s growth by finding new business opportunities to increase revenue. The role will be focusing on establishing new, and nurturing the existing clients and partners to make Ecocoast the regional leader in sustainable marine solutions.

The role will be based in Dubai United Arab Emirates and responsible in growing sales of all the Group’s brands: Bolina, Ecobarrier, Hyperion, and Ecomoor, in key countries of the GCC.

**What does the role involve?**

As the RBD you will be expected to travel around the region frequently. You will visit clients and prospects from a wide variety of backgrounds including marine contractors, consultants and distributors, to grow and develop your assigned territory. It involves rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry. You will nurture relationships with clients and prospects, helping them find the most innovative, effective and cost-efficient solution for their needs.

**Key responsibilities for the role include**:

- Responsible for the full scope of sales and client management within the assigned territory.
- Grow sales through new and existing clients and opportunities.
- Face-to-face customer interactions with set objectives and targets.
- Carrying out seminars to authorities and consultants.
- Working closely with authorities/consultants to make specifications.
- Planning and closing daily sales activities.
- Researching and opening new markets.
- Initiating new partnerships and possible business acquisitions.
- Pitching products and services to new customers and offering new services to existing clients.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- 3-6 years of demonstrable experience in international sales (Gulf experience and strong industry contacts), business development, technical sales, preferably in the marine industry, including aids to navigation, oil containment, turbidity measures, coastal protection & aquaculture will help you get on board.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Naturally have a strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills, building and maintaining the quality relationships with Clients (new and existing) and stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM’s, good organization skills and knowledge to elaborate technical offers and winning tenders’ strategies.
- Proven track record of success in developing and introducing new products and entering new markets.
- Integrity and Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken).
- A high sense of urgency.
