But there’s something we’re missing - **YOU** We are looking for a trailblazing Business Development Lead who can bring us our very first client and lay the foundation for long-term success in the UAE and Middle Easte region.
**Position Overview**:
This isn’t just another business development role. As the Business Development Lead, you will be the lifeblood of our startup, responsible for achieving our most critical milestone—landing our first client in the UAE or Middle East region. You’ll need to hit the ground running, building a pipeline from scratch, forging powerful connections, and turning prospects into clients who trust us to deliver results. If you thrive on challenge and relish the opportunity to be the key driver of our early success, this is the role for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Prospecting**: Identify and target potential clients within the UAE and Middle East, initiating conversations with decision-makers and positioning our company as their go-to partner.
- **Lead Generation**: Build a pipeline from zero, using your expertise and resourcefulness to uncover opportunities, create leads, and drive them to close.
- **Networking**: Be everywhere—attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetups, all with the goal of getting Aconit’s name out there and meeting potential clients.
- **Client Engagement**: Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches that resonate with clients, secure their business, and establish our company as a trusted partner.
- **Market Research**: Conduct ongoing research to stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure that client needs are met with seamless service delivery, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- **Reporting**: Keep leadership informed with regular updates on progress, sales performance, and valuable market insights.
**What we are looking for**:
- A true go-getter with a proven record of winning clients, ideally in Executive Search, Recruitment, Marketing, HR Outsourcing, Project Management, Business Consulting or any other Consulting service.
- A deep understanding of the UAE and Middle Eastern markets, with established networks and the ability to quickly build rapport with key decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to close deals and drive results from day one.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growing something from the ground up.
