Bilingual Secretary

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations in both languages.
- Translate documents and communications between Arabic and English.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records in an organized manner.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Serve as a liaison between Arabic-speaking clients and the company, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Support the organization and coordination of company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a bilingual role.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
