Job Vacancy : Business development / Sales executive
Work place in Abu Dhabi
Company activity - Man power supply (labour supply ), recruitment / House keeping service & facility management )
**Responsibilities**:
- Find clients and foster long-term relationships for cleaning /house keeping
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department ( B2B)
- Understand client requirements
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Sales/Customer service skills
- Outstanding communication ability
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Well-organized
- Ability to work with targets
- Sound judgement
- HR Degree,/Master Qualified
- Regional Travel a must
Job Requirements:
- Previous similar role minimum of 2 years from Facilities Management /cleaning company
- Degree/master in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

Fixed Salary will be provided between Aed 4000 -6000.00 depending on past and current last work experience.
Salary package are negotiate during interview face to face.
Additional incentives or perks will be given based on job sales achievements monthly
Freshers who like to join Sales too are accepted but should be having above knowledge, and English speaking is a must
Visit visa or cancelled visa preferred - visa provided
