**Admin & Operations Coordinator**

**Job description**

**Responsibilities**

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain office operations, including supplies, equipment, and systems.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks, including preparing presentations and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative activities.

**Operational Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of operational strategies, projects, and workflows.
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, or projects, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to manage contracts and relationships.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

**Cross-functional Support**:

- Collaborate with other departments to align administrative and operational activities.
- Provide support for HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees or managing attendance records.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments for seamless operations.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Proven experience in administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of operational processes and best practices is a plus.
- Experience in event coordination or project management.
- Familiarity with office systems, procedures, and policies.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
