**1. Employee Welfare and Communication**
- Provide guidance on work-related or personal issues, connecting employees with internal and external resources as needed.
- Implement and oversee welfare programs such as wellness activities, recreational events, and stress management sessions, ensuring active employee participation and satisfaction.

**2. Handling Active and Inactive Employee Concerns**
- Address the concerns of active employees, providing timely solutions to improve job satisfaction and well-being.
- For inactive employees (those on leave or transitioning out of the company), manage ongoing welfare-related issues until their end of service.
- Guide inactive employees through the transition and ensure a supportive and fair treatment process, aligning with company policies and legal requirements.

**3. Exit Interviews and End of Service**
- Conduct smooth and constructive exit interviews, capturing valuable insights to improve the employee experience.
- Ensure that departing employees complete a seamless exit process, covering final benefits, handover procedures, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Document and report findings from exit interviews, sharing insights with management to enhance retention strategies.

**4. Policy Compliance and UAE Labor Law Awareness**
- Ensure that all welfare practices align with UAE labor laws, keeping up-to-date with regulations to protect both employee rights and company interests.
- Assist in developing and updating welfare-related policies in line with legal requirements and HR best practices in the UAE.

**5. Health, Safety, and Employee Engagement**
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to promote a safe work environment, organizing health screenings and awareness programs.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, such as team-building events and recognition programs.
- Conduct regular surveys to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in welfare practices.

**6. Record Keeping and Reporting**
- Maintain confidential records of employee interactions, welfare activities, and exit interviews, ensuring data privacy.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on welfare program outcomes, employee satisfaction, and areas requiring attention or improvement.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- HR welfare: 2 years (preferred)
