Real Estate Brokerage, a start-up in the real estate industry in Dubai committed to delivering excellence and innovation is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced **HR & Admin Officer** to support the dynamic team.
- Conduct recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding process, including document collection, orientation sessions, and training coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of employee record information, attendance, and leave balances and compliance with legal requirements.
- Process Monthly payroll as per WPS requirements.
- HR Policy development and implementation.
- Good understanding of HR function and Operation.
- Proficient in using ministry portals.
- Develop and implement training and development programs.
- Expert in HRIS software, and duty roster.
- Can handle employee grievances, insurance, EOSB, Orientation and Exit related task.
- Provide administrative support including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement process, ensuring adequate stock.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in visa processing, medical insurance enrollment, and other employee welfare matters.
- Overseeing performance management of all employees.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
