**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Handle tenancy contract preparation and renewal in accordance with **Ajman Municipality** requirements.
- Manage property documentation, including lease agreements, purchase contracts, and security deposit records.
- Coordinate viewings, client appointments, and follow-ups for the sales and leasing teams.
- Update and maintain property listings on Ajman-based real estate platforms and marketing channels.
- Prepare and submit required documents for registration with **Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ARRA)**.
- Ensure all property-related transactions comply with Ajman-specific laws and regulations.
- Oversee office correspondence with clients, landlords, tenants, and third parties.
- Maintain filing systems for tenancy contracts, ownership documents, and utility-related paperwork (FEWA).
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

**Real Estate-Specific Tasks**:

- Coordinate tenancy contract registration and renewals through the **Ajman Municipality e-services portal**.
- Prepare and manage documents for utility connections and transfers through **FEWA**.
- Ensure compliance with Ajman real estate laws, including ARRA regulations.
- Assist in preparing documents for property ownership transfers and title deed registrations.
- Collaborate with local authorities to resolve disputes or obtain required approvals.
- Maintain property maintenance records and coordinate follow-ups with tenants and landlords.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
