HR & Admin Manager

HR and ADMIN Manager will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
1. Responsible for recruitment of employees - preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
2. Responsible for the on boarding process of the new hires
3. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
4. Organize and maintain personnel records
5. Update and maintain employees records along with its personnel documents filing (soft and hard copy)
6. Responsible for processing company visas in coordination with the PRO/Visa Agent
7. Processing of medical insurance of the staff
8. Prepare and process the payroll
9. Develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures
10. Responsible for the staff requirements with regards to their HR and Admin related request
11 Organize the office layout, order stationery & pantry supplies and equipment as per requirement and allocated company budget.
12 Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs with the building maintenance as necessary
13 Organize office operations and procedures, discuss and implement with the new employees
14 Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
15 Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting on the expense each end of the month
16 Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
17 Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware etc)
18 Processing international travel including flight, hotel and car rental reservations etc
19. Composing correspondence and drafting contracts as required
20. Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
