**Descriptions**

We are looking for **a professional HR Assistant **to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. It involves a wide range of support activities inside the HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee’s data base to postings job ads of a real estate organization. To assist with recruitment and record maintenance to payroll processing as well as provide clerical support to all employees.

**Responsibilities**
- Hiring process - assist and support all recruitment and selection activities including postings in hiring portals and social media.
- HR records - process records, maintains all employees’ files making sure all are updated.
- Payroll & attendance sheets - process payroll and maintain and monitor attendance sheets and leave.
- Compliance with all laws and internal policies - ensure HR policies and procedures are always implemented properly.
- On boarding and orientation - conducts orientation and onboarding process are accurate for new employees.
- Training programs - coordinates and schedule training programs, meetings, and events.
- HR support - provides support for employee relations and disciplinary actions.
- HR policies and procedures - assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Operations support -day to day tasks to support the admin operations.
- Other tasks as the needs arises.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
- Strong work ethics and commitment to confidentiality.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is an A+.
