HR & Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- HR planning and Coordinate with the Line Managers for their HR requirements.
- Give orientation to new joiners about their work and company policies.
- Update and maintain Job Descriptions for all new joiners.
- Create and implement Employee Compensation & Benefit Programs.
- Work for Employee Happiness and Motivation by organizing get togethers and celebrating special events.
- Carry out and Assist in Performance Management Processes periodically.
- Update and Implement the Company's existing HR Policies and Procedures as per the Management directions.
- Support the Management on handling disciplinary action and grievances.
- Maintain employee records; Attendance, Payroll, Personal Files-both soft and hard, Leave Applications, Request Forms and other related data as per the policy and legal requirements.
- Ability to carry out Admin Works.
- Review Employment and working conditions to ensure Legal Compliance.
- Other Administrative Functions
- HR Procedures and Documentation
**Requirements**:
- Good communications skills.
- Must have minimum of 4 to 5 years of UAE experience in similar role.
- Should have valid UAE driving license.
- Should be available in UAE to join immediately.
- Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
