Sales & Business Development Manager - Interior

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector, targeting property developers, real estate agencies, and private clients in need of interior design solutions.
- **Sales Execution**: Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- **Market Research**: Analyze trends in the real estate and interior design markets to understand client demands, competition, and potential areas for growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders in the real estate sector, providing expert guidance on interior design solutions that enhance property value.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date on the latest interior design trends, products, and technologies to offer the best solutions to clients.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations that align with client needs and demonstrate the value of our design solutions.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the design team to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and executed to meet high-quality standards.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand professional network and promote brand awareness.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in sales or business development within the interior design or real estate industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and build rapport with clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close sales.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with interior design trends, materials, and solutions relevant to real estate.
- **Networking Skills**: An established network in the real estate and interior design sectors is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of interior design principles and the ability to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Multilingual skills, especially in English and any regional language, would be an advantage.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
