**Motif Interiors **is looking for a **Business Development Manager **to join our company
- **Role Objective**:_

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company. will have a strong background in sales and business development within the interior fit-out or construction industry, with exceptional skills in client relationship management and strategic planning.
- **Key Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients and projects through research, networking, and market analysis to generate new business opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, developers, project managers, and other industry professionals.
- Proposal Management: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s capabilities and value proposition.
- Market Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s market presence and achieve sales targets.
- Sales Pipeline: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a consistent and effective sales process.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and project teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Client Retention: Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues or feedback to improve overall service quality.
