**Job Title**: Sales Business Development Manager**

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Business Development Manager in an interior fit-out company is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities while also managing and growing existing client accounts. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, relationship building, and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitors.
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and identify areas for business expansion.

2. **Lead Generation**:

- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Qualify leads to determine their fit for interior fit-out services.

3. **Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create sales forecasts and set targets for revenue growth.

4. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

5. **Proposal Development**:

- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to create tailored solutions for clients.

6. **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other aspects of the deal to secure new projects.
- Close sales and ensure that contracts are signed and projects are initiated.

7. **Pipeline Management**:

- Maintain a sales pipeline and CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress.

8. **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the interior design and project management teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Coordinate with marketing and branding efforts to support lead generation.

9. **Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in interior fit-out services.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and design principles.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- business development manager, sales, interior fit out: 3 years (preferred)
- Business Developments: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Dubai (preferred)
