Administrative Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Identifying the needed office supplies
- Maintain records and documents.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior to handle requests and queries from seniors.
- Proficiently use Photoshop for basic editing tasks as required.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite for various administrative tasks such as document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation design.
- Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- College degree preferred.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
