Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Office Management**: Maintain office supplies, oversee the maintenance of office equipment, and ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.
- **Project Assistance**: Assist with special projects as needed, including research, data analysis, and event planning.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- **Language**: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- **Other**: Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.

**Salary**:

- Starting from 2.5k AED per month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
