- Conduct research and analysis to support projects and initiatives
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- UAE National (Emirati) with a valid UAE identification card
- Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
