Job summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer who will join our Marketing team and bring passion for videography to create impactful and memorable video content that resonates with our healthcare audience.

As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, promotional materials, social media platforms, and internal communications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content in line with project objectives and requirements.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
- Capture high-quality footage and audio in various environments and settings.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Add visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance video content as needed.
- Ensure consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all video projects.
- Manage video files, storage, and organization to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography and video editing.
- Assist with other multimedia projects and tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:
Job Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of video projects.
- Proficiency in videography techniques, equipment operation, and video editing software.
- Excellent knowledge of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, sound recording, and post-production.
- Creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 year work experience in the UAE
- Healthcare industry experience (a plus).
- Additional certifications or training in videography, video editing, or related areas (a plus).
