**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented Corporate Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of GluCare through strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and other business development initiatives. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and executing strategic plans to achieve our business objectives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of GluCare's corporate business development strategy
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and evaluate their financial viability
- Strong background in insurance and brokerage industries, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and experience in navigating complex market dynamics and developing strategic partnerships.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements and contracts
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, potential investors, and government organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of business development initiatives
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare and present reports, business plans, and recommendations to senior management and executive teams
- Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in the healthcare industry

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in corporate business development, strategic planning, or related roles within the healthcare industry
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
